摘要
高校内部管理体制改革的创新问题,即推行学院制管理模式。首先分析目前高等学校内部管理模式中权利配置的冲突与协调;其次论述在我国大学逐步推行学院制,形成以学院为主的校、院、系三级管理体制;最后阐明建立配套措施以完善内部管理模式,实现高校管理高效率,办学高效益。
The problem with the innovation of the reformation of the internal administration system in universities is the problem of advancing the Administration Mode of College System. This paper firstly analyzes the conflicts and coordination of the deposition of rights in the present internal administration system in universities; then it analyzes how to gradually advance College System in domestic universities, and form a three-level administration system of university-college-department with the college as the center;, at last this paper explains how to construct matching facilities to improve the mode of internal administration, to fulfill the high efficiency of university administration and the high benefit of running a university.
