女子抓举运动的肌电分析

The Myoelectricity Analysis of the Female Squat Snatch

针对江苏省女子举重队的现役队员,运用肌电测试仪对抓举的技术动作进行分析。本实验选取8块在抓举过程中具有代表性的浅层骨骼肌做同步肌电测量。对肌电图进行分析从而得出改进技术动作的方法的理论依据。

In the light of the athletes of Jiangsu province female weightlifting team, we, by means of the myoelectricity tester, analyzes the technique of this sport. We select 8 representative skeletal muscles in the sport of squat snatch and arrive at the theoretical foundation to improve the technique of the sports.
