高校在职外语教师职业发展情况调查与研究 被引量:46

A study and survey of professional development conditions for in-service foreign language teachers in institutions of higher learning

摘要 本文主要对高校在职外语教师在不脱离教学情况下的职业发展情况进行了问卷调查,目的是为了了解目前高校外语教师的职业发展如何进行,采用什么方式以及与外语教学的整体关系等。在分析调查数据的基础上提出一些积极的建议。 In this paper a survey has been conducted among in-service foreign language teachers in institutions of higher learning about their professioual development. The survey focuses on how in-service foreign language teachers pursue their professional development while engaged in teaching at present, the methods they have adopted and the correlation between their professional development and the improvement of their teaching. Some positive suggestions have come out on the basis of the data analysis.
