掺镱双包层光纤激光器的理论与实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 从速率方程出发,对F-P腔掺镱双包层光纤激光器的输出特性进行了理论分析与数值模拟;根据模拟结果进行了光纤激光器的实验研究,获得中心波长为1081 nm、最大功率为2.4 W的近单模连续光纤激光输出,光-光转换效率为34.3%,斜率效率为50.0%,实验结果与理论模拟结论一致. The output characteristics of Yb^3+ -doped double-clad fiber laser with Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity were theoretically analysed and numerically simulated based on the rate equations. According to the analytical results, experimental research of fiber laser was carried out, and the near single-mode fiber-laser ouput at 1081nm with maximal power of 2.4W was realized, then the optical-to-optical efficiency of 34.3% and the slope efficiency of 50.0% were achieved,which is in accordance with the theoretical conclusions.
