本文介绍了一种高精度光度仪器不准确度的分析和确定方法.对于作者所研制的宽波段光度仪器,在紫外-可见-近红外区确定了优于±5×10^(-4)的测量不准确度.
This paper introduces an analytical and determinate method of non-accuracy forphotometric instruments with high accuracy. The non-accuracy of wide wave bandphotometric instrument, which is manufactured by writer, is given. It is better than ±5×10^(-4) at uv-visible and near-infrared optical spectrum region.
