鼓室注入庆大霉素治疗梅尼埃病26例疗效观察

Clinical observation for intratympanic gentamycin injection for meniere disease of 26 cases

目的:观察鼓室注入庆大霉素治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:对26例梅尼埃病患者应用鼓室内注射庆大霉素进行治疗,对其疗效进行观察。结果:26例中,治疗后1年内21例从未发作眩晕,4例仅有1～2次发作,1例眩晕无改善。结论:鼓室注入庆大霉素的方法治疗梅尼埃病疗效显著,操作方便,可以在基层开展。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of intratyonpanic Gentamycin injection for Meniere disease. Methods： Gentamycin 1 ml was injected into the middle ear in 26 cases ,and the efficacy was observed. Results：In 26 cases ,complete relief vertigo was maintained in 21 cases,reduced in 4 cases, unchanged in 1 cases . Conclusion ：Intratympanic gentamycin for intractable Meniere disease is an effective method.It should be studied further.
