湖南地方芹菜品种总黄酮含量的分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用Al(NO3)3分光光度法测量湖南地方芹菜茎叶的总黄酮含量。结果表明,湖南14个地方芹菜品种中,芹菜黄酮含量差异很大,并且同一产地不同品种的芹菜黄酮含量差异也很大。张家界市野芹菜中叶黄酮含量最高,为20.350 mg/g,邵阳实心芹菜叶中的黄酮含量最低,为1.541 mg/g。芹菜叶黄酮的含量远远高于芹菜茎黄酮的含量。 The total flavone content in the leaves and stem of local celery in Hunan was tested by Al(NO3)3-spectrophotometry.The results showd the content of celery flavone were significant different in 14 local cultivars.The highest content of flavone from wild celery leaf in Zhangjiajie was 20.350 mg/g and the lowest from celery leaf in Shaoyang was 20.350 mg/g.The content of flavone in leaves was more higher than that in stem.
