摘要
目的:研制清开灵泡腾颗粒。方法:以酒石酸、碳酸氢钠为泡腾剂,采用聚乙二醇包裹碳酸氢钠,并用此工艺制成清开灵泡腾颗粒。结果:利用该工艺制备的清开灵泡腾颗粒,质量稳定。结论:本制剂工艺简便,质量可控,适宜于工业化生产。
Objective: To prepare Qingkailing effervesce granules. Method: Tartaric acid and baking soda were used as effer- vescent, macrogol was used to wrap up baking soda, using this technology prepares out Qingkailing effervesce granules. Result: The quality was stable by this technology to prepare Qingkailing effervesce granules. Conclusion: The preparative technology is simple, and its quality can be controlled, so it is fit for industrialized production.
