摘要
长纤维具有很强的吸油能力,常被用作含油废水处理中的除油材料,但其吸油后的清洗再生较困难,导致后期除油效果不理想。为此,分别采用邻苯二甲酸、聚乙烯醇、氨磺酸、聚乙二醇、氢氧化钠、丙烯酸对长纤维进行亲水改性,对单位纤维吸水量和单位纤维吸放油差量与改性液质量分数、温度和浸泡时间的关系进行了详细的研究。试验结果表明,经改性后纤维的吸水量增加为原来的2.2~2.9倍,吸放油差量增加为原来的2.1~2.8倍;改性对除油效果基本无影响,并且通过反冲洗可使之再生,达到了重复使用的目的。
Long fiber has a high adsorption ability of oil and is frequently used as an oil removal material in oily wastewater treatment. However, the fiber, having absorbed oil, is difficult to be washed clean, which makes oil removal effect often no ideal in subsequent stage. Therefore, the hydrophilization modification of long fiber was conducted using phthalic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, amidosulfonic acid, polyglycol, sodium hydroxide and acrylic acid. A detailed study was also made on the correlation of the unit fiber water absorption quantity and unit fiber oil absorption and release difference quantity respectively with modified solution concentration, temperature and soak time. Experiment results indicate that the water absorption quantity of modified long fiber increases to 2.2 - 2.9 times, and the oil absorption and release difference quantity increases to 2.1 - 2.8 times, compared with unmodified long fiber. The modified long fiber can be regenerated by washing and used in oily wastewater treatment repeatedly, without influence on oil removal effect.
