摘要 以换热面积最小、阻力最小为限制条件,对闭式冷却塔的管式蒸发冷却器的结构优化进行了研究。分析了结构参数对管式蒸发冷却器的面积及风机和水泵能耗的影响。研究结果表明:长度、宽度在合适的范围内取值,盘管为正三角形布置,盘管内径为0.019 m,管间距是盘管内径的2倍,管材选用无缝钢管时,可以使闭式冷却塔的投资费用和运行费用综合达到最小。 With minimal heat exchange area and minimal resistance as restrict condition,the research on configuration optimization of tubular evaporative cooler of closed cooling tower was made.The influence of configuration parameter on the heat exchange area of the tubular evaporaive cooler and the energy consumption of the fans and pumps was analyzed.The findings indicated that: length and width value in appropriate scope,coil tube arranged as equilateral triangle,inside diameter of the coil tube was 0.019 m,the space between the tubes was 2 times the inside diameter of the coil tube,using seamless steel pipe as the tube material could make the investiment cost and the operating cost synthetically achieve minimum.
