高速开关磁阻电机数字控制器设计与FPGA验证 被引量:1

摘要 针对三相6/2结构开关磁阻电机,采用数字集成电路的方法设计了一种通用数字控制器,转速控制范围为60r/min^45000r/min。设计采用Verilog HDL语言,完成逻辑仿真后,综合、下载到FPGA芯片,并与MSP430F147微处理器构成控制系统对电机进行控制。控制系统设计简单。试验结果表明,设计的数字控制器可有效满足高速开关磁阻电机的控制要求。 This paper presents a specialized digital controller used for 3 - phase 6/2 switched reluctance motor (SRM). A speed range of from 60r/min to 45000r/min was achieved by using this specialized controller. Verilog HDL was used as the design entry. After logic simulation and synthesis, the design was successfully verified by downloading it into FPGA, and cooperated with the MSP430F147 microprocessor in a switched reluctance drive (SRD) system. The results show that it can meet the controlling requirement of high speed SRM, and simplify the SRD system.
