摘要
鉴于复合电镀与普通电镀在镀层构成上的不同,本文建立了复合电镀层中金刚石磨料占有体积的分析模型,并以此为基础,利用金刚石磨料的"加捣"密度以及其实际密度值,推导出在复合电镀中镀出规定厚度层所需时间的计算公式。分析了两种典型颗粒形状填充体对时间变化趋势的影响,讨论了金刚石磨料的特性、上砂工序、电镀液的工艺性能和水平及"加捣"密度测定误差对计算精度的影响。认为推出的公式对生产具有指导意义,具体操作方法简便、易行。并对无基本测试条件的企业给出了更为简便的计算公式。
According to different electrodeposited coating constitute of composite electroplating and common electroplating, this paper made analysis model of diamond abrasive volume proportion in composite electrodeposited coating. And on the basis of the model a calculation formula of time required was deduced to obtain given thickness electrodeposited coatirig. Time change tendency caused by typical granular shape filling was analyzed, and calculation precision influenced by the properties of diamond abrasive, sand paving procedure, technique performance and standard of electroplating solution as well as measure error of freeless state density were discussed. The deduced formula is proved to be applicable for production. Operation methods of this formula are simple and easy to be carried out. In addition, an easier calculation formula is provided to factories that have no basic measurement condition.
