住院老年患者口服用药安全性的调查分析

Nursing and thinking of taking oral drugs in elderly inpatients

目的预防和减少老年患者口服用药物的不良反应,提高服药的护理安全性。方法采用调查问卷和时点调查方法对老年患者的口服用药情况进行调查。结果老年患者服药种类和数量过多;服药方法不合理;自服、少服、漏服、错服药物发生率高。结论加强医护患三方药物不良反应警戒意识,对老年患者口服用药的安全性评估,正确指导老年患者科学合理用药,提高社区医疗的介入程度是预防老年患者药物不良反应的有效措施。

Objective To prevent and decrease the adverse reactions of taking oral drugs in elderly inpatients, and to enhance the nursing security of taking drugs. Methods The states of elderly inpatients’ taking oral drugs were investigated, in the form of questionnaire and cross-sectional survey. Results The classes and the amounts of oral drugs that elderly inpatients took were excessive; and the method of taking drug was illogical. Further, the incidence of self-taking, false taking, reducing taking and missing taking were high. Conclusions It is an effective step for preventing and decreasing adverse drug reactions of orally taking drug in elderly inpatients, by strengthening the alert consciousness in the three aspects of doctors, nurses and patients to adverse drug reactions, evaluating the security of elderly patients’ taking oral drugs, supervising elderly patients’ taking oral drugs logically, and enhancing intervention of community medical organizations.
