摘要
以卵清蛋白作为发泡剂,加入蔗糖调节料浆的粘度。通过改变氧化锆水介质料浆的固相含量,并加入蔗糖作为添加剂调节料浆的粘度,制备了不同气孔率的氧化锆多孔陶瓷。采用热失重分析确定卵清蛋白和蔗糖的分解温度,制定合理的烧结制度;借助扫描电子显微镜对不同条件下获得的多孔陶瓷的气孔结构和分布规律进行了分析,并对材料的气孔率及力学性能进行了研究。
Ovalalbumin was used as vesicant to prepare zirconia foams ceramics, and the sucrose was added to lower the viscosity of highly loaded slurries and to increase the binder content. Decomposition behavior of albumin and sucrose in zirconia foam was studied to determine the best sintering procedure. Effect of solid loadings (20 vol%-50 vol%) and ovalalbumin contents on both microstructure and properties were investigated.
