本文概述了民用航空领域的喷丸成形技术的工作原理、所使用的喷丸设备、常用的喷丸成形方式;阐述了喷丸强化技术的强化机理及应用;介绍了喷丸技术在除漆、清理及跑道维护等方面的应用情况;并根据喷丸技术的最新研究动态,简要叙述了喷丸技术用于实现材料表面纳米化的进展。
The working principle,the equipment,and the common method of shot peening forming technology used in civil aviation have been summarized and the mechanism and application of shot peening strengthening technology have been discussed with the applications of shot peening technology in paint removing,blast cleaning and airport runway maintenance introduced.The progress in surface nanocrystallization of material has briefly been illustrated according to the up-to-date investigation on shot peening technology.
