Critical illness polyneuropathy and critical illness myopathy

危重病性多发性神经病及危重病性肌病在重症监护患者中常见,两者均可引起肌肉无力,甚至呼吸肌瘫痪。近年来这两种疾病正受到越来越多的重视,相关研究也取得了很大进展。文章就这两种疾病的临床表现、辅助检查、发病机制及治疗等方面作一综述。

Critical illness polyneuropathy （CIP） and critical illness myopathy （CIM） are frequently found in critical ill patients and may cause muscle weakness and even respiratory failure. During the past years, great importance has been attached to CIP and CIM, and significant progress has been made in the related researches. This article reviews the clinical manifestation, laboratory findings, pathogenesis and treatment about the two diseases.
