摘要
采煤机在重载低速工况下工作,弹性流体动压润滑分析表明其齿轮传动系统形成流体润滑较为困难,在高负荷下,摩擦副表面微凸体挤压在一起,产生黏着磨损,工况条件恶劣时形成齿轮胶合、咬死。因此加强边界润滑,提高油膜与摩擦副表面的结合强度,保持一定的润滑油黏度,防止超载显得十分重要。
Shearer works under the conditions of heavy load and low speed. It is difficult of forming full elasto - hydrodyrkamic lubrication in gear. Under heary load, the roughness of wear surface contacts and adhesive wear is formed, scuffing and seizure are conducted in severe conditions. So It is importance to strengthen joint force between oil film and wear surface, keeping saitable viscosity of oil and avoiding over load of machine.
