摘要
基于不同类型工程实例的统计分析,对《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3—2002)有关短肢剪力墙结构相关内容的规定进行了细化。在其它各项指标满足规范的前提条件下,建议对小高层建筑(总高度不大于45m),取短肢剪力墙承受的底层倾覆力矩不大于底层总倾覆力矩70%为宜;对总高度大于45m的高层建筑,该项指标仍维持《高规》规定,即短肢墙承受的底层倾覆力矩不宜大于总底层倾覆力矩50%。最后,针对短肢墙较多的结构,提出了设计建议。
Based on the statistic different engineering, the further detail about short-pier shear wall structure system section in Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building( JGJ3-2002 ) is discussed. Under the condition that all indices satisfied the code, it is suggested that the proportion of bottom overturning moment for short-pier shear wall shouldn't exceed 70% of the total for small tall building (less than 45m of total height ) and it should be less than 50% of it for middle and tall building( more than 45m of it ). In conclusion, the proposals are given and referred.
