摘要
本文阐述了高血脂症及其危害,综述了药食两用菌类降血脂作用的研究进展,并对目前药食两用菌类降血脂作用的研究及应用现状进行了分析,对其发展前景进行了展望。药食两用菌类降血脂作用的研究取得了一定进展,但是仍有许多亟待解决的问题。
In this paper the hyperlipidaemia and its dangers were discussed. The progress of study on antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine was summarized. The present situation of research and application of antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine were analyzed, and its prospect was discussed as well. The study on antihyperlipidaemia of fungi with both food and medicine has got much progress, but some problems remain to be solved.
