Harmonious Development of PE in Institutions of Higher Education

党的十六届四中全会提出构建"社会主义和谐社会"的新概念,"和谐"已成为我国战略发展的社会主调,实现社会的和谐成为人们关注的焦点。运用系统论、互动论、交换理论、功能主义理论等社会学理论,结合"以人为本"的办学思想,从教学管理模式、教学评价方式等方面,探讨高校体育的和谐发展在构建和谐社会中的作用。

The fourth plenary session of the sixteenth conference of the Party made an important decision on the construction of a harmonious society. Under the background of harmonious construction, this paper discusses the function of the harmo- nious development of PE in institutions of higher education in construction of harmonious society using system theory, inter- influence theory and combining the idea of＂people-orientated＂ and from teaching management and teaching assess models.
