The thesis has narrated the intension of enterprisers crisis management and the concept of data mining, and recommended the commonly used technology and method of the data mining, by designing the overall analysis chart of enterprise crisis management, the course of enterprise crisis management is divided into four links which are precautious, distinguishing, handling and estimating stages, based on this, thesis has described how the data of every link are mined by enterprise in the course of crisis management, which realizes that crisis is got appropriately solve and effectively managed.
