就业期望与社会需求不一致是大学生就业难的一大原因,本文从理论上探讨了就业期望与就业实际之间的关联性和差异性,并就如何缩小就业期望与实际就业的差异性,实际操作的可能性等等,进行了深入的分析。

To help university students to get a suitable job timely, the relationship and difference between employment expectation and job-market reality has been analyzed in the thesis by discussing the examples and problems in the current student＇s job hunting. The purpose of this thesis is to offer an effective way to minimize difference between employment expectation and job-market reality.
