石笼挡墙支挡结构在巫十路的工程应用 被引量:8

摘要 分析了地质条件差、地形复杂和建筑原材料匮乏等问题给高大支挡结构物的设计和施工带来的困难。以地形地质条件复杂、地基承载力低的巫十路K17+300-K17+350段为试验段,从施工前的准备和施工控制两方面详细论述了石笼挡墙在施工过程中应把握的技术要点及处理方法。并以建成的石笼挡墙为例,采用有限差分法和强度折减法分别分析了石笼挡墙在施工过程中的变形特点及其稳定性。数值分析显示,石笼挡墙的变形量较小及变形主要集中在墙身中部,自身稳定性较好,达到了设计要求,满足工程的需要。同时石笼挡墙作为一种新的山区公路支挡结构,与传统的高大支挡结构物相比具有较大优势,能有效地降低山区支挡结构物的工程造价。 There are many tall retaining structures along mountainous highways, most of them have the problems such as complicated geological conditions, rugged topography and lack of rough materials. So it is very difficult to design and build the tall retaining structures in the places. Gab/on can solve preferably the problems mentioned above because of its unique structural performance and preferable durability.Take the example of a test segment of K17 + 300 m - K17 + 350 m of Wuxi-Shiyan highway, which had complicated geological condition, rugged topography and lower ground bearing capacity, the main technique and processing methods in the course of construction are discussed in detail from points of view of preconstruction stage and construction control. The deformation characters and stability of the finished gabion retaining wall are analyzed respectively by finite difference method and strength reduction method. Numerical analysis shows that, the deformation of gabion retaining wall is small, which was centralized in the middle of gabion retaining wall, and the gabion retaining wall had preferable self-stabilization and meet the requirements of design and construction. As a kind of new retaining structure, the gabion retaining wall, which gains more advantages compared with conventional tall retaining structures, can reduce construction cost of mountainous retaining structures.
