摘要 合成1-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮并用于涤纶的低温染色,通过对染后织物的沾色情况、牢度等分析,得出1-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮确为一种有效的涤纶染色载体,染中、浅色织物时摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度都能达4级以上,并且其结构中不含苯环等基团,摆脱了通常工业上所使用载体如冬青油等毒性大、嗅味重、生物降解困难及污水多等问题,同时又节省能源,携染效果也不受影响. 1-Cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone was synthesized and used in low temperature dyeing of polyester fibers. The analyses of the staining and color fastness of the dyed fabrics demonstrated that it was a good dyeing carrier. Rubbing and soaping fastness grade 4 or higher could be attained in the medium and light color dyeing. With no benzene rings in its structure, the product resolved the problems of the carriers commonly used in the industry (holly oil etc.), such as toxicity, bad odors, biodegradation difficulties and much wastewater. Energy was also saved, and the carrier result was not affected.
