我国银行服务销售渠道的流程管理研究

摘要 银行服务销售渠道的日益丰富为客户获取金融服务提供了多种选择方式。文章通过关注销售渠道流程的分析和客户改变交易渠道的影响,认为银行整体绩效的提升,必然需要来自技术、人力资源和整体销售渠道流程相互作用三方面的贡献。最后提出一些设计和管理服务销售流程的有效方法。
