摘要
再制造以其巨大的环保效益和经济效益愈来愈受到各国厂商的重视。由于存在诸多不确定性因素,使得传统的生产计划与控制方法不能满足再制造生产过程的要求。本文分析了再制造生产过程的组织模式,研究了不确定性因素对再制造生产计划与控制系统产生的影响,然后在产品回收数量的期望值为已知,拆卸零部件以不同的概率分属四种不同类别的条件下,探讨再制造综合生产计划的优化问题,并提出再制造生产计划的层次结构模型。
Remanufacturing is becoming more and more important because of its environmental and economic benefit. There exists many uncertain factors in the remanufacturing process, so the traditional methods of production planning and control are not appropriate for the remanufacturing process. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis on the remanufacturing process, we study the influence of the uncertain factors on the production planning and control system for the remanufacturing process. Then we give a model for the remanufacturing aggregate production planning. In the model, we assume the expectation of the recovery quantity is given, and the different probabilities of the quality of the disassembled parts are known. In addition, we analyze the structure of the remanufacturing production planning.
