摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱(Gc-Ms)联用技术分析了宜宾碧源所产竹醋液的成分。结果表明:宜宾碧源竹醋液是一种含多种复杂成分的混合物,主要成分是水(80%),其它还有有机酸(24.67%)、酚类(6.77%)、酮类(31.41%)、醇类(3.59%)、醛类(15.5%)等44种主要物质。
GC- MS was used to separate and analysis the components of bamboo vinegar produced in Biyuan Yibin. It is mixture containing many kinds of complicated compositions. The principal component is water (accounting for 80 % ), secondly there are 44 kinds of compositions including organic sour (24.67 % ), hydroxybenzene ( 6.77 % ), ketone( 31.41% ), alcohol (3.59 % ), aldehyde ( 15.5 % ).
