摘要
钛合金电解加工时,非加工部位易形成点蚀而影响表面质量。本文采用辅助阳极的方法,利用ANSYS有限元软件,通过电场分析和优化设计分析,对辅助阳极进行了形状和位置的设计。并用优化的辅助阳极对钛合金TC4进行了电化学试验。结果表明:采用白金材料制作的优化辅助阳极能彻底地消除非加工部位的点蚀,改善零件的表面质量,同时也验证了ANSYS优化结果的正确性及可靠性。
In the electrochemical machining of titanium alloys, corrosive pittings can appear on the non-machining surface leading to poor surface quality. In this paper, the precise shape of the dual anode is designed by using the finite element software ANSYS, and the electrochemical machining tests of titanium alloys TC4 are carried out using the optimized dual anode. The experimental results show that a perfect surface quality is obtained with no pitting on the non-machining surface by using the dual anode made of platinum. The accuracy and reliability of the ANSYS optimization are also confirmed.
