摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸利托君含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil-C8色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸氢二铵和1-庚烷磺酸钠的混合溶液为流动相,在275nm波长下进行检测。结果:盐酸利托君在25~500μg.ml-1内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。回收率分别为:99.4%,99.6%,99.5%,99.6%,99.7%,99.8%(RSD为0.3%,n=6)。结论:该方法准确简便,重复性好,可作为盐酸利托君含量测定的方法。
Objective: To determine Ritodrine Hydroehloride by HPLC. Methods:The Kromasil Cs eolumm was used. The mobile phase was methanol - mixture of Diammonium hydrogen phosphate and 1 - heptane mahogany acid sodium. The detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results:The calibration curve was in good hnearity over the range of 25 - 500μ g · ml^-1, r =0.9999. The recovery was 99.4%, 99.6%, 99.5%, 99.6% ,99.7%, 99.8%, respectively( RSD = 0.3%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and suitable for quality control of Ritodrine Hydrochloride.
