摘要
针对锅炉结焦对其产生的不利影响,讨论了锅炉结焦的原因,对锅炉使用的除焦剂的除焦机理进行了描述.通过对两台200 MW机组锅炉使用除焦剂后参数变化的分析,说明使用除焦剂后,锅炉运行稳定性得到提高,除焦剂的实际使用效果是有效的.认为使用除焦剂时,配合正常的定期吹灰更为有效.
According to slag buildup in boilers and its detriment influence, this paper discusses the reasons of slag buildup in boilers, and gives a brief description in slag-cleaning mechanism for chemical additive to slag. Through analysis of parameter change for two 200 MW utility boilers, it is pointed out that the flexibility in operation is improved, and the practical results of application chemical additive to slag are reasonable. It is believed that using chemical additive with help of regular soot blower can reduce slag more effectually on boilers.
