硫镓银(AgGaS_2)晶体(011)面标准极图的计算机实现

摘要 AgGaS2晶体是一种优异的红外波段非线性光学晶体材料,(011)面作为其重要的自然解理面,绘制出其标准极图对晶体加工具有指导意义.通过分析极图的绘制原理,构建数学模型,用M atlab语言编制程序,成功绘制出了标准的AgGaS2晶体(011)面的极图. AgGaS2 single crystal is one of the most outstanding infrared spectra non-linear optical crystal material, while the plane (011) is the most important cleavage plane of AgGaS2 ,it has instructive meaning to plot the standard pole figure of it. Through analyzing the theory of pole figure plotting and establishing mathematics model,programming with computer language Matlab, the standard pole figure of the (011) plane of AgGaS2 single crystal has been plotted successfully.
