摘要 目的介绍眼用微球制剂特点及应用。方法概述了眼用微球给药系统的特点,介绍眼用微球载体材料、制备方法、类型,讨论其优点所在。结果该制剂能够提高药物的生物利用度。结论眼用微球制剂有广阔的发展前景。
