摘要
初步探讨了改性骨胶对甲醛废气的吸附性能。采用分光光度法测定改性骨胶对甲醛蒸气的吸附量,研究了吸附量与温度及时间的关系,并探讨了改性骨胶对甲醛的吸附机理,提出一种改性骨胶对甲醛吸附的测定方法。结果表明:在50℃、6h的吸附条件下,改性骨胶对甲醛蒸气的吸附量最大,达52.1mg/g;改性骨胶对甲醛的吸附主要是化学吸附,在脱附过程中,其甲醛余量与时间的关系符合Y=0.0115X+0.0048,相关系数R2=0.9874。改性骨胶对甲醛废气具有较好的吸附效果。
The absorption performance to formaldehyde vapor of modified bone glue was studied. Amount of formaldehyde vapor adsorbed by modified bone glue was determined by spectrophotometry and the relation among adsorption amount, time and temperature were studied. Furthermore, the adsorption mechanism to formaldehyde of modified bone glue was discussed and the measuring method of adsorption was established. The results showed that under these conditions, such as 50℃ and 6h adsorption time, the amount of formaldehyde adsorbed by modified bone glue was maximal (52.1mg/g). The adsorption was mainly chemisorption. In the desorption process, the relation between the residual formaldehyde and time followed the equation Y =0.0115X +0. 0048, and the correlative coefficient was R^2 =0.9874. The modified bone glue had good absorptive effect to formaldehyde vapor.
