摘要
以15英寸电脑显示器前壳为例,通过正交试验法安排实验,对注塑成型的填充、保压、冷却、翘曲过程进行仿真实验分析,获得翘曲变形量,得到试验数据,并研究了不同工艺参数对注塑过程翘曲变形的影响程度,进而得到一组优化的工艺参数组合。研究表明:将正交试验法与仿真实验两者结合用于注塑过程参数优化,可以消除注塑件成型缺陷,提高成型质量,降低产品成本,缩短工艺制定周期。
Taking 15 inchs; computer display shell as research object, set up artificial model, arrange the combination of process parameters in orthogonal experiment and get result table from the numerical simulation of injection molding. In addition, the influences of various process parameters are analysed, and the optimized parameter combination is obtained to minimize the warp distortion quantity. The research concludes that the combination of orthogonal experiment and simulation test for the optimization of process parameters can improve the molding quality, reduce the production cost and shorten the development cycle.
