脂肪酰胺丙基甜菜碱两性加脂剂的制备与应用 被引量:6

摘要 在催化剂作用下,精制泔水油脂(简称PO)直接与N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺(简称PDA)发生酰胺化反应,制得中间体脂肪酰胺丙基·二甲基胺(简称FAA),中间体FAA与氯乙酸钠进行季铵化反应,制得脂肪酰胺丙基甜菜碱型两性加脂剂(简称FAB)。具体的反应条件为:在PO用量确定的情况下,PDA用量为PO的可转化脂肪酸(简称FA)物质的量的30%,在1100C和1.0%氢氧化钾催化剂作用下,反应2h;再加入适量氯乙酸钠,80~85℃下,季铵化反应2~3h,即得红棕色透明FAB两性加脂剂。乳化性能检测和应用试验表明,FAB两性加脂剂不仅具有优良乳化性能,与L-3加脂剂、SE加脂剂、SF耐光加脂剂和牛蹄油等复配后加脂,成革具有良好的丰满性、柔软性和物理机械性能。此外,FAB两性加脂剂还具有良好的匀染、助染性。 Fattyamidopropyl betaine ( for short FAB) fatliquor was preparated with garbage - oil - pured( for short PO), N, N -dimethyl- 1, 3 - diaminepropyane (for short PDA) and sodium chloroacetate. The optimum reaction condition is that some fattyamidopropyl diamine (for short FAA) was first preparated at about 110℃, 1.0% KOH as catalyst for 2h with PO and PDA, added - in - PDA is the same as 30% amount of substance(moles) of fatty aeid( for short FA) which is yielded by complete saponification of added - in - PO ; after adding the right amount of sodium chloroacetate, reaction was proceeded at 80 - 85℃ for 2 - 3h, finally, brown and transparent FAB amphoteric fatliquor was successfully obtained. The results of testing and application indicated that FAB fatliquor not only has good emulsifying properties, but also showed the excellent properties of fatliquoring and dyeing- assisting especially under the condition of other fatliquoring components compounding, such as L -3faliqour, SE faliqour, sliqhr fast faliquor, neat' s foot oil etc.
