环氧化酶、环氧化酶抑制剂与心血管疾病

摘要环氧化酶抑制剂阿司匹林是缺血性心脑血管疾病治疗的基础药物,但最近发现选择性环氧化酶2抑制剂对心血管系统产生多种不良作用,环氧化酶与心血管系统关系密切。本文就最近几年有关环氧化酶,环氧化酶抑制剂在心血管方面的作用,包括对血管生成、血管再狭窄、血压,心脏功能,血栓形成及动脉硬化等方面的作用进行综述。
