采用新型浮环装置和高镍合金材料制造出的高温金属波纹管,组合成一种波纹管机械密封,降低了密封腔温度,均衡了密封腔压力,使密封腔工况适合于热油泵工况运行,延长机械密封使用寿命,同时取消封油大幅度节约运行成本。在实际应用中取得良好效果。

A kind of bellows mechanical seal was assembled by using new-model floating ring unit and high-temperature bellows made of high nickel alloy material, with which the temperature of the seal chamber is reduced, the seal chamber pressure is balanced, the seal chamber working condition is suitable to the hot oil pump working condition, the service life of the mechanical seal is prolonged, and the operation cost is significantly cut by the elimination of seal oil. Good result is obtained in the practical application.
