摘要
棉/玉米纤维混纺织物前处理宜轻烧毛,采用烧碱15～25g/L冷轧堆工艺。染色采用竭染工艺,先用中低温型分散染料染PLA纤维,pH值5～6,温度110℃,时间30～40 min;再用活性染料常规工艺套染棉。后整理采用120℃定形柔软拉幅、常温轧光、预缩。成品测试结果表明,经该工艺处理后,棉/玉米纤维混纺织物具有良好的摩擦牢度、耐水洗牢度及较高的强力。
Light singeing and cold pad-batch with 15 -25 g/L caustic soda was applied to pretreatment of cotton/PLA blended fabric. Mid-low energy disperse dyes were firstly used to PLA fiber exhaust dyeing under pH value 5 ~ 6,temperature 110 ℃, time 30 ~40 rain, then over dyeing process with reactive dye was applied to cotton fiber. The finishing process was setting and softening and stentering at 120℃, calendering at normal temperature, and shrinking. As a result, the treated fabric featured higher strength, better colorfastness to rubbing and washing.
