介入法致中国小型猪心肌缺血模型在新药研发中应用的初步探讨

摘要 冠状动脉结扎和药物诱发冠状动脉痉挛是两种常见的心肌缺血药效学造模方法。和上述两种造模方法相比,介入法致中国小型猪心肌缺血模型具有模型稳定、结果更可靠、可进行较长时间的动态观察、观测指标更多、可进行指标的自身前后对比等特点。本文拟对上述模型在新药研发中的应用进行初步探讨。 Coronary artery ligation and drug-induced coronary artery spasm are two commonly used models to develop myocardial infarction in pharmacodynamic studies. Compared with these two models, the swine model of cardiac catheter-induced myocardial infarction has several visible merits. For example, this model is more stable and reliable for getting results and long-term dynamic observation; it is useful to obtain more indexes and to compare the changes in the indexes after treatments with base-line value. We describe the current application of this model in new drug development in this paper.
