摘要
根据临界爬行速度估算公式,计算XH715进给系统的临界爬行速度。利用Pro/E进行三维建模,并将该模型导入机械系统动力学仿真分析软件(ADAMS),进行运动仿真,从而证明理论计算的正确性,并提出防止爬行的改进措施。
According to the critical estimation formula of creeping speed, critical creeping speed of XH715 feed system was calculated. Based on Pro/E, three-dimensional model was built, and this model was introduced to ADAMS to emulate, which has proved that theoretical calculation is correct,and improvement measure to prevent creep have been put forward.
