我国疫苗不良事件监测体系现状及思考

The Actuality and Consideration of Vaccine Adverse Event Monitoring System in China

疫苗作为一种药品,并非绝对安全,建立健全疫苗不良事件监测体系对于保障公众健康、维护社会稳定具有重要的意义。通过对我国疫苗不良事件监测体系现状及存在问题进行分析,结合国情提出建立独立统一报告系统、构建协调合作的长效工作机制、制定全国监测指南、加强宣传培训、完善疫苗伤害补偿制度等方面的建议。

Being a kind of medicine, vaccine is not absolutely safety. It is greatly significant to establish and strengthen vaccine adverse event monitoring system, for ensuring the public health and maintaining society stabilization. This article introduced the actuality of vaccine adverse event monitoring system in China and analyzed the problems in our system. According to the situation of our country some suggestions have been put forward such as establishing independent and uniform reporting system , building harmoniously cooperative and effective working mechanism, making national monitoring guide, strengthening propagandize and training, perfecting vaccine damage event compensation system etc.
