性早熟女童血浆胃促生长素水平的研究 被引量：2

Study on plasma ghrelin level in girls with precocious puberty

摘要 以放射免疫法对性早熟女童(除外周围性性早熟)进行血浆胃促生长素测定。结果显示性早熟女童血浆胃促生长素水平与Tanner期、骨龄、GnRH激发后15、30和60 min的LH、子宫、卵巢容积呈负相关;中枢性性早熟组血浆胃促生长素水平明显低于部分性性早熟组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。 [ Summary] Plasma ghrelin level was measured by RIA in 49 girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty （ICPP） and 35 girls with simple premature thelarche （PT）. The results showed that the plasma ghrelin level was negatively correlated with Tanner stage, bone age, LH at 15, 30 and 60 rain after GnRH activation, uterus and ovary volumes. The plasma ghrelin level in the ICPP group was remarkably lower than that in the PT and control groups （ both P 〈 0.05 ）.
