摘要
为了研究我国妇女平等就业权的法律保护问题,采用文献比较和实证分析法,分析了现有制度的主要缺陷。研究结果认为:要完善妇女平等就业权法律救济制度,必须建立健全相关法律体系;修订和完善现有法律;明确行政执法主体;提供合理有效的救济途径;加强妇女维权意识的宣传教育,给予必要而有效的法律援助,以此促进妇女公平就业和社会协调发展。
With the methods of literature research and case analysis,the problems in the legal relief system under the Women's Equal Employment Right were discussed,and the following countermeasures for its improvement were put forward.It is necessary to set up the legal principle for fair relief coverage to be guaranteed by relative legal systems;revise and perfect the present legal contents to provide direct legal reference;crystallize the executive body and improve the relief system of Women's Equal Employment Right;search for more reasonable and effective relief channels;reinforce the publicity and education of women's right-protection awareness,ring various sections or institutions into full play and give effective legal support for women.All the above measures serve as the theoretical references for the improvement of women's equal employment and the balanced development of both genders.
