摘要
以苯甲醛和苯乙酮衍生物为原料,在氢氧化钠乙醇水溶液中,室温制备了一系列的查尔酮衍生物,收率在60%~90%之间。并通过熔点、凝胶渗透色谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。
A series of chalcone derivatives with yield from 60% to 90% were synthesized from benzaldehyde and acetophenone derivatives in NaOH/ethanol/H2O solution at room temperature. The structures were characterized by melting point, GPC, FT-IR, ^1H NMR.
