喂入量对谷物联合收获机作业质量的影响及控制分析

Effect and Control Analysis of Feeding Amount on Operation Quality of Combine Harvester

根据联合收获机作业的农艺技术要求,讨论了喂入量的变化对作业过程中谷物的损失率、清洁率和破碎率的影响,进而对引起喂入量变化的主要因素进行了分析,建立了喂入量的基本方程。在此基础上,对联合收获机的喂入量的控制方式进行了初步探讨。

Judging by the demand of agriculture technology of combine harvester,the effect of variation of feeding amount on the loss rate,clean level and broken rate were discussed.Further,the main factors of this variation were analyzed,and the basic formula of feeding amount was gained.On the basis of this,the control rules of feeding amount of combine harvester were discussed preliminarily.
