摘要
随着化学计量学的发展,近红外光谱在现代分析检测中的优势越来越明显,综述了近红外光谱技术在果蔬无损检测中的研究进展。
With the development of chemometrics, NIR proved an evident superiority in modem analysis and detection. This article summarized research progress of nondestructive detection on fruits and vegetables quality by NIR.
