摘要
研究测定了在中性、还原条件下含MnO高钛渣的体相粘度.考察了各组成分对炉渣性质的影响.结果表明,无论在中性还是在还原条件下,提高MnO含量、炉渣碱度,可使炉渣的体相粘度降低.在中性条件下,渣中TiO2含量的增加,可使炉渣的体相粘度降低;在还原条件下TiO2的增加会提高炉渣的体相粘度.
The bulk viscisity of blast furnace slags of MnO TiO 2 CaO SiO 2 Al 2O 3 MgO system under neutral and reductive conditions are investigated with strict experimental methods. Results show that an increasing in MnO content as well as in bacisity can cause a decrease in the bulk viscosity under neutral and reductive conditions; and increasing TiO 2 content can cause a decrease in the bulk viscosity under neutral conditions. But an increasing in bulk viscosity in reductive conditions. The properties of slags are affected mainly by MnO content.
