Crude oil dynamic measurement means that crude oil are continually measured by high accuracy flowmeter under flowing state. Before or after trade transaction, flowmeter should be proved with process liquid online to confirmed the coefficient and accuracy of flowmeter and to ensure flowmeter meet the require of trade transaction. Unloading and loading crude oil are usually completed by measurement station in crude oil dock and storeroom. Measurement station include measurement systems, proving systems and assistant systems. This paper introduced the principle of crude oil dynamic measurement and proving. Basic composing, primary equipment and function of measurement systems and proving systems are expatiated in detail. It present the ways how to design crude oil dynamic measurement and proving in engineering.
