摘要
教师督导和教师评价是保证教学质量、促进教师发展的两种有效组织活动,二者之间的关系争论已久。围绕教师督导和教师评价关系的历史渊源,以及如何在二者之间建立一种良性互补的区分性关系,美国学者进行了深入的研究。对这些研究进行介绍和借鉴,对我国的教师督导和评价关系研究有着重要的现实意义。
Teacher supervision and evaluation play an important role on the quality of instruction and growth of teachers,but the relation of them is intricacy. Studies on the historical relationships of them,and on how to build a benign,differentiated relationship between them,American scholars have got deep understanding on it. By introducing and discussing the studies, it is helpful for us to deal with the relationships of them in china.
