学科馆员在高校图书馆中的作用综论

Study of the Effect of Subject Librarians in College Libraries

近年来,一些高校纷纷设立学科馆员,但其作用的发挥则不尽如人意。针对这一现实,本文在对学科馆员概述的基础上,对学科馆员在高校图书馆中的作用做了系统阐释,提出了其作用分中介性服务、指导性服务、研究性服务这样由初级到中级再到高级三个层次,并以此为视角对学科馆员作用的充分发挥做了进一步的探讨。

In recent years, a few universities and colleges set up subject librarians, whose effect is not entirely satisfactory. On the basis of summarization of subject librarians, the paper expounds the effect of subject librarians in university and college. The function of subject librarian includes intermediary service ,direction service and research service. And taking this as visual angle, the paper makes some suggestions on how to bring subject librarians＇ effect into full play.
